You can permanently delete your Veilora account and all associated data at any time. Choose the method that works best for you below.

Request via Email
Send a deletion request to support@veilora.net
from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request".
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Your account credentials (email, password hash) from Firebase Authentication
🗑
Your VPN user profile and all configuration data from our servers
🗑
Your subscription history and payment records from our database
🗑
All traffic usage statistics associated with your account

Payment records held by third-party processors (OxaPay, RevenueCat) are subject to their own retention policies
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all data is irrecoverable.
Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period.
If you have an active Premium plan, consider waiting until the end of your billing period before deleting.
