Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Veilora account and all associated data at any time. Choose the method that works best for you below.

In the Veilora app
Open the Veilora app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm with the typed prompt, and your account and all associated data are removed immediately — no email, no waiting period. This is the fastest way.

In the Telegram bot
If you use Veilora through our Telegram bot, send the command /delete and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately, the same as in the app.

Request via email or support
Prefer us to handle it? Email support@veilora.net (or message us on Telegram support) from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

🗑 Your account credentials (email, password hash) from Firebase Authentication
🗑 Your VPN user profile and all configuration data from our servers
🗑 Your subscription history and payment records from our database
🗑 All traffic usage statistics associated with your account
⚠️ Payment records held by third-party processors (OxaPay, RevenueCat) are subject to their own retention policies
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all data is irrecoverable. Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period. If you have an active Premium plan, consider waiting until the end of your billing period before deleting.
